School of System Socionics

“Practice is the proof of the truth”

Владимир Давидович ЕрмакSchool of System Socionics was founded by Vladimir Davidovich Ermak in November 1991 as informal scientific union of the socionics-researches and socionics-practicians. The main scientific paradigm of this union was integral system concept of the socionics models founded by Augustinavichute, Medvedev and Ermak.

In assistance of the public organization (VDOBT) and Common Kiev School #225 in September 1990 – October 1991 V. Ermak made 5 basic socionics courses. Many students of those courses joined School and formed the core of it.

Other enthusiastic researchers joined the School later. They were the former audience of the basic socionics courses held in the different Ukrainian cities such as Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Donetsk. There is a branch of the School of System Socionics in Kostroma represented by socionics club leaded by Svetlana Victorovna Boiko. This club has been active in practical socionics researches since 1995, that’s why one doctoral and several PhD dissertations were made. Those scientific studies used socionics models as the research methods.

In order to unite socionics-researches and socionics- practicians in one single organization in December 1991 in Kiev Independent scientific research and consulting Center of the applied Socionics (after 1992 – Center of systemology and cocionics) with constantly working socionics seminar was founded.

In 1993 Program and conception of the socionics education were developed. Methodological basics of the TIM identification were developed too.

In 1995-1996 in Kiev Common School #98 expert group of the socionics specialists applied method of group rehabilitation therapy among 11 grade pupils (results of this application can be read here: “Seniors social rehabilitation experience”.

In 2005 official School of System Socionics web site was founded by I.M. Eglit. Since then it has become creative laboratory of practical socionics and platform for training socionists - experts in TIM identification. School has developed the Methodology of the remote TIM Identification and identification results protocol procedure. In was the very first time in socionics identification when official identification protocols were published. Those protocols contained TIM justification with the Model A. Thorough approach in TIM Identification is a distinguishing feature of the School. In 2010 the Information Analyst program was developed by V.V. Piatnitski. This program is used in TIM identification protocol generation.

Augustinavichute-Medvedev-Ermak integrated system concept of the psyche information metabolism in contrast to the other socionics concepts (like descriptive humanitarian, dichotomy and ‘pseudomodel” ones) is using A.Augustinavichute’s “Model A” and N. Medvedev’s “Aspects structure of the information flow between humans psyche and external world” in the most complete way.

Development and justification of the structure and aspects combinatorics of the TIM psyche model, and also aspects structure of the information flow between humans psyche and external world justification were based on system approach and on assumption that humans psyche interaction with the external world has a subjective nature (V. Ermak). Also School riles on the studies of the Kiev School (group of schools) researchers: A. Bukalov (Socionics functions dimensions, ethnosocionics) and V. Gulenko (psyche functions signs).
