Signs of corresponding functions are different
Function interaction: 1 ↔ 1, 2 ↔ 4, 3 ↔ 3, 5 ↔ 5, 6 ↔ 8, 7 ↔ 7.

The partner's functions 1,3,5,7 process the same information element, which creates conditions of rather comfortable interaction of functions 1,3,7. While signs of the functions are different, the partners are  completely covering the information field corresponding to the information element of their functions 1 and can succesfully cooperate in this field. However, abundant information flow from the function 2 to the partner's function 4 can cause some discomfort of communication. Negative effect on mutual understanding can be caused by different signs of functions in corresponding blocks.
